Requirements: BA degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields; 5+ years banking experience with 2+ years in senior/customer service roles

Skills: Branch operations, team leadership, sales & marketing, negotiation, core banking software, IFB knowledge.


2. Junior Treasury Management Officer

Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office)

Requirements: BA degree; relevant banking experience preferred

Role: Support treasury operations and liquidity management


3. Treasury Management Officer

Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office)

Requirements: BA degree; 4+ years banking experience including treasury

Role: Manage treasury functions and financial risk


4. Senior Banking Business Officer

Locations: Diredawa, Bedele, and others

Requirements: BA degree; 3+ years banking experience with branch operations focus

Skills: Customer service, sales, IFB products knowledge, local language proficiency


5. Manager, Financing Follow-up & Portfolio Management

Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office)

Requirements: Master’s or BA degree; 6-8 years banking experience including portfolio management

Role: Oversee credit portfolio and financing follow-up


6. Banking Business Officer I

Locations: Various branches

Requirements: BA degree; 1+ year banking experience

Skills: Sales, marketing, customer service, IFB product knowledge
