 Senior Payment Accountant Vacancy at Kerchanshe Group

Are you an experienced accountant looking to advance your career? Kerchanshe Group, one of Ethiopia’s leading conglomerates, is seeking a qualified Senior Payment Accountant to join their finance team.


Position: Senior Payment Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process all company payments and disbursements
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
  • Prepare payment schedules and maintain accurate records
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
  • Liaise with banks, vendors, and internal departments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting or payment processing
  • Strong knowledge of Ethiopian tax and financial regulations
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Peachtree, ERP)
