Host Countries: Universities in developing countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America
Hosting Institutions: Top Science and Technology Universities in developing countries (South Africa, Malaysia, India, etc.)
Eligible Countries: Ethiopia and other developing countries (only for female applicants)
Level of Study: PhD
Study Duration: Up to 4 years

Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a woman
- Must reside in a scientifically and technologically lagging developing country (Ethiopia eligible)
- Must have a Master’s degree
Course Start Date: Varies (after award acceptance)
Language Proficiency:
- No IELTS/TOEFL mandatory
- English or university language requirement depending on host institution
Work Experience: Not required
