✅Technical Lead – USAID Enhance Digital Health

  • Organization: Chemonics International

  • Location: Addis Ababa

  • Role: Lead efforts to scale digital solutions that will improve health outcomes in Ethiopia and strengthen digital health capabilities.

  • Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in information science, data science, public health, statistics, health informatics, or a related field.

    • At least 8 years of experience in digital health, health information systems, or related areas, with USG-funded or other donor-funded projects preferred.

    • Familiarity and experience with existing information systems in Ethiopia (including DHIS2, eCHIS, EMRs, and logistic management information systems such as Dagu and mBrana) preferred.

    • Demonstrated experience managing or leading a technical team.

    • Knowledge of Ethiopian health systems, private sector, and governance structures.

    • Excellent diplomacy skills and a proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders.

    • Fluent English oral and written communication skills.

    • Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity.
